Canadian Experience Class Visa Consultancy
Canadian Experience Class Program is specifically designed for those individuals who have qualified full-time/part-time work experience gained in Canada. Qualified work experience includes professions listed in the National Occupation Classification (NOC) in O, A, B category. Semi-qualified work experience listed in NOC under C, D category does not qualify under this program.
Requirements of the Canadian Experience Class Program in Express Entry
- Work Experience – Applicant must have gained at least 12 months of skilled work (NOC O, A, B) experience in Canada with proper authorization, in the last 3 years before applying under this program
- Full time = An equal amount in part-time
- 12 months (30 hours weekly for 12 months) = 24 months (15 hours weekly for 24 months) OR 12 months (30 hours weekly at more than one job)
- Language – Applicant must meet the required language for skilled job category in all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking): CLB or NCLC 7 for NOC O, A and CLB or NCLC 5 for NOC B
- Education – Education is not a requirement for the Canadian Experience Class Program. However, extra points can be earned if education is done in Canada or abroad. The applicant must provide the appropriate documentation to prove the legitimacy of the education.
- Other requirements:
- The applicant must be admissible to Canada.
- Applicant must plan to leave outside the province of Quebec, conditions apply.
NOTE:
- Work experience gained during self-employment and student status will not count under this program
- Work experience does not have to be continuous and can be a combination of NOC O, A and B. Your primary NOC will be the one in which you gained more work experience.
- Work experience gained in Quebec is considered.
